Job Description:
This role is a Techno Managerial role wherein the candidate’s responsibilities would include:
- Investigate a custom application on SharePoint 2010 & 2013/ MOSS 2007/WSS3.0 architecture using capacity and performance analysis and provide comprehensive report
- Drive and deliver project(s) as per the project management principles
- Extensive technical supervision and mentoring the technical team
- Responsible for end to end Technical Management role in taking fundamental decisions during project deliveries.
- Understanding client requirement & converting into Technical requirement from development perspective.
- Performing design reviews & technical code review.
- Mentoring team - in terms of using technology & guiding them in technical issues
- Coordinating with Client Management activities, encompassing planning, design, scope definition, estimation, process management and compliance with quality standards.
- Follow a methodical implementation process.
- Building team & Conflict resolution Techniques

Candidate Profile:
- BS or MS in Computer Science with equivalent work experience
- 8-11 years of experience in software design and development of SharePoint Technologies
- Possess good understanding of technology and development processes.
- Excellent problem solving, design, coding and debugging skills
- High energy levels, right attitude and pleasing personality.
- Excellent leadership, verbal/ written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
