Nisaraga Homes - Investment Officer - Private Equity

Responsibilities :

1. Deal Sourcing and Evaluation:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential private equity investment opportunities in India and abroad.

- Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals, investment bankers, and intermediaries to source high-Net worth quality deal flow.

- Analyze the investment proposals, financial models, and due diligence reports to assess the potential risks and returns of each opportunity.

- Preparing the Investment Pitch Deck, Investment Teasers, Flyers, Ready Reckoner with strategies and analysis reports ..etc.

2. Investment Execution:

- Collaborate with the investment team to structure and negotiate deal terms, including equity stakes, valuation, and exit strategies.

- Prepare investment memos, presentations / Company Valuations / Net worth Analysis /and other documentation for internal approval and investor communication.

- Coordinate and manage the due diligence process, including legal, financial, and operational aspects.

- Work closely with legal counsel to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and resolve any legal or contractual issues.

3. Portfolio Management:

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing private equity investments, including financial performance, operational milestones, and market trends.

- Identify opportunities to add value to portfolio companies through strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and growth strategies.

- Prepare periodic reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and investors, highlighting the performance and outlook of the portfolio.

4. Industry and Market Analysis:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging investment opportunities in India and key international markets.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of sectors and companies to identify attractive investment themes and strategies.

- Provide insights and recommendations on portfolio positioning and asset allocation based on market trends and macroeconomic factors.

5. Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, including institutional clients, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.

- Represent the firm in meetings, conferences, and industry events to expand the network and promote the firm's capabilities.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure smooth coordination and effective communication with investors.
