Security Operations & Profit Centre Management - South India
1. Over all responsible for P&L (Achieve the annual target as per the AOP), Operations, Training, Resourcing, Billing & Collection, Business Development, Finance & Compliance.
2. Incremental revenue and growth - Generate new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development and focus on margin enhancements, participate in RFP/ Non RFP process.
3. Working with cross functional approach effectively.
4. People and team management skills - managing large teams pertaining to multiple geographies and alignment towards achieving common business objectives.
5. Strong operational and strategic business acumen.
6. Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of business and key factors influencing their service requirements.
7. Ensure timely submission of bills and collections target.
8. Manage all major key success factors of the business with seamless communication both internally including corporate and externally with client.
9. Adherence and delivery of operations SOP.
10. Client Relationship & retention.
Requisites:
- Should have 15-20 years of experience overall with at least 8 years in security industry driving revenue generating role.
- Candidates with current CTC between 10 -15 LPA ONLY may apply.
