Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Develop and design instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and multimedia assets.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and performance objectives.
- Curriculum Design: Create structured learning paths and curriculum maps to ensure a cohesive and progressive learning experience.
- Instructional Design Models: Apply instructional design models and theories (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to design effective learning solutions.
- Technology Integration: Utilize e-learning authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and multimedia software to create interactive and engaging content.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Develop assessment strategies to measure learning outcomes and conduct evaluations to continuously improve training materials.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Project Management: Manage instructional design projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all learning materials meet quality standards and are aligned with the organization's learning objectives.
- Stay Updated: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in instructional design and adult learning.
