Job Description : Sales Manager(HoReCa)
Location : Gurgaon/Remote
Nirogam : We are among India's foremost and oldest Ayurvedic wellness and nutrition companies. With our products and services provided to clients in more than 80 countries.
We are looking for a Sales Superstar, who will be responsible for growing and building sales in the HORECA sector by multiples of current sales year over year.
What you will do :
Universe Mapping - Mapping and categorization of cafes, outlets using FHRAI guide/Zomato/Times food guide.
- Commercially strong and should drive top-line by signing profitable contracts.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all key accounts in assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- To plan and execute trade and visibility standards.
- Able to analyze data, sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
- A go-getter with a drive to excel and a minimum of 20 days of working in the market.
- Identifying and networking with prospective clients.
- Drive events and always look for opportunities to increase brand visibility.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills :
- Good Influential and Communication skills.
- Good command of Google Sheets, Excel, Powerpoint is a must.
- The candidate must be energetic, prolific and a master closer, yet polite, empathetic, and compassionate.
- In-depth understanding of HORECA channel Brand Activation.
- Should have extensive experience in institutional sales.
