Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimise marketing strategies and campaigns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product management, design, and development teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product roadmap. Provide input and feedback to improve user experience and drive growth. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in growth marketing. Continuously explore new opportunities and innovative approaches to drive growth and stay ahead of the competition. Qualifications : - BBA/MBA Marketing from a reputed college - Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced fintech or startup environment. - Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Web Engage etc. Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms is a plus - Solid understanding of conversion optimization, A/B testing, and user experience best practices. - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
