About the role:
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement growth campaigns across various CRM channels including WhatsApp, SMS, email, IVR, in-app etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, tech, business) to devise growth strategies aligned with revenue and retention objectives.
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns for product launches, festive sales, and strategic initiatives.
Performance Tracking and Analysis:
- Monitor the performance metrics of each campaign and derive actionable insights.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations based on campaign findings.
- Collaborate with the content team to optimise campaign creatives.
Campaign Management Expertise:
- Utilise expertise in managing campaigns and tracking analytics using platforms like webengage, Clevertap, MoEngage, or similar tools.
- Execute campaigns across multiple channels including WhatsApp, SMS, email, IVR, in-app etc.
User Engagement and Data Management:
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of customer data within the CRM system.
- Provide training and ongoing support to employees on CRM system usage.
- Customise and configure the CRM system to align with organisational processes.
- Integrate the CRM system with other tools and platforms for seamless operations.
- Vendor management to resolve any tool related issues and drive timely closure
Qualification :
- Overall 2-4 of work experience, min 1 year of relevant CRM experience
- Experience with consumer facing internet business; fintech experience preferable (not mandatory)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
