Nirmaan - Lead Engineer - B2B eCommerce Startup

Job Description :

- We are looking for a young, dynamic, hands-on Technology Leader who has prior experience of working with e-commerce startups.

- As a Tech leader, you will be responsible for leading the overall technological side of the business and be fully accountable for the entire delivery.

- You will have to build your own team of quality engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the technical vision, manage architecture, and help make the appropriate decisions.

- Act as a tech visionary for the organization and provide all the necessary tech leadership.

- Collaborates with the company's executive leadership to develop and meet organizational goals.

- Work closely with Cross-functional teams and Product heads to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.

- Lead and grow the technology team.

- Streamline processes to improve efficiency in building product solutions.

- Lead development of various products - customer facing app for online transactions, app for internal team performance management, payment and accounting platform, warehousing management modules, etc.

Requirement :

- 5+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of people management experience

- Strong stakeholder management expertise

- Exposure in working with early-stage startups

- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and open to challenges.

- E-commerce industry experience is a must
