Nirmaan App - Manager - Sales

Nirmaan (Stratos Infra Technologies Pvt Ltd) is a fast-growing B2B Construction Service platform founded by group of industry veterans. We have scaled quickly in the last 2 years of our operations and are now ready for the next phase of our growth. We are already working with multiple big brands like Livspace, Brick & Bolt, Pepperfry, McDonald's, Bujy's, Wakefit etc and have made a name for industry leading performance.

We are looking out for young & dynamic individuals who aspire to make a career in a fast-moving environment. We are looking for motivated self starters who have demonstrated extreme ownership in their previous roles.

Roles & Responsibilities:

This is a key role for our growth and the selected person will work closely with the founders to build the sales pipeline. Key responsibilities include but not limited to

1. Scouting new potential customers

2. Meeting with the key stakeholders

3. Cultivating relationship and pitching our services

4. Closing the sale

5. Account management for existing clients

This is a great opportunity for young people from within the construction, real estate, architecture and interior designing background who are looking to put their careers on a fast track growth curve. However, candidates with sale experience in non related industries are also welcome to apply.
