Digital Marketing Manager

Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing;

- Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels and cross-channel strategy; Primarily - Google Ads, Facebook & programmatic marketing.

- Ability to start new digital acquisition channels;

- A high business acumen with a strong analytical mindset;

- Strong presenter, able to clearly narrate strategy and performance of your projects;

- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working independently to seek opportunities that maximize business growth impact;

- Can-do, positive attitude with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to getting work done

- Familiarity with AdTech and measurement approaches to performance marketing.

- Ability to analyze and structure data, turn data into insights, and insights into actions that assist stakeholders with decision making;

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage the Performance Marketing initiatives in line with the Performance Marketing strategy;

- Analyze consumer patterns such as app download trends, conversion rate, and competitor analysis to recognize media investment efficiency and advise on strategy;

- Build a good understanding of the customers' digital behaviors and the creative-audience fit; build roadmap for the creatives for the calendar year

- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Creative, Marketing Operations, Customer Support) to build campaigns that support the product experience and promote a safe (and delightful) customer experience.

Bonus Points If :

- Experience managing large Performance Marketing budgets;

- In-house Performance Marketing experience preferred;
