Nippon India Mutual Fund - Compliance Officer - AIF

Candidates having relevant AIF Compliance experience should only apply.-

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Setting up of new AIF including drafting/vetting indenture of trusts, making applications with SEBI, responding to queries from SEBI officer and getting final approval.

- Drafting, vetting, negotiating and finalizing AIF documents - PPMs/Amendments to PPM, Contribution Agreements, Side Letters etc. in co-ordination with the fund legal counsel

- Reviewing/vetting all service-related agreements for AIFs, NDAs, Engagement letters etc.

- Handling AIF Compliance related matters - Periodic filings with SEBI, RBI related filings (InVI/DI etc.), CTRs.

- Reviewing all marketing materials, quarterly/annual updates, all communication to be sent to investors/SEBI.

- Drafting/reviewing Compliance Manual and other policies for AIFs.

- Supporting in drafting/vetting responses for Investor complaints/queries, whenever required.

- Keeping track of all applicable regulatory updates and sharing the same for implementation by various departments

- Handling all secretarial matters of AIF Trustee company - Board/AGM related matters, regulatory filings etc.

- Meeting data requirements from internal auditors/statutory auditors for AIF Trustee Company and for AIF schemes.

- Assisting on research activity as provided from time to time
