Make their selection process as fun &amp; quick as possible. - Be knowledgeable about our business and why people should work here - Work on improving existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent. - Manage a good pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for. What you need? - 3+ years of Sales &amp; Operations recruiting in a fast-paced, high growth environment - Experience in hiring volumes across geographies, say hiring 300 people in 3 months is not a problem for you! - Strong process orientation &amp; business acumen. - Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills - Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team. - High sense of urgency. - Ability to speak Kannada or Tamil would be a plus.
