Responsibilities - Build supply chain design flows for scale and manages the supply chain execution - Work with teams to create and deliver value at the lowest possible total cost - Understands the As-Is &amp; can think of the suitable To-Be process - Design the supply chain for new verticals of Ninjacart and support the business needs - Evaluate the value proposition for new verticals and support the category teams with scalable solutions - Drive incremental changes in current processes to increase productivity and process efficiencies using operations concepts - Through data analysis identify operations development projects and define project charters - Initiate and drive operations projects - Define success metrics for projects, monitor project pilots and ascertain project success/failure - De-bottleneck day to day operation process roadblocks by collaborating with cross-functional teams involving Technology, Operations, Analytics, Retail, IT, legal, tax etc. Required Competencies - Translating Business Services need into scalable design needs - Understands process linkages across Supply Chain and their implications on Supply Chain and can design processes for scale for the fulfillment of services - Leverage Operations Research and other decision sciences to design a scalable and cost-effective solution - Understands data deeply and leverages around Design choices. Can work in an ambiguous environment where data may not be available. Understands financial implications for the design choices and able to use that for making decisions. - Work collaboratively with a variety of teams and capture their inputs into SC Design - Understands the requirements of stakeholders and peers and manage expectations through holistic design flows Required Skill-sets / Education - MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 college (IIMs/XLRI/ISB). - 2-4 years of work experience post MBA - Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels - Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Access is desirable - Good knowledge of Data Analysis tools (preferably) - Knowledge of warehousing operations - Process design, re-engineering related, Supply chain logistics work experience. - Understanding of supply chain design principles Must Have Attributes - Very strong problem solving / analytical skills and project management capabilities - Self-starter/multi-tasker, confident, resourceful with good presentation skills - Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly learn and absorb new information - Ability to take a decision based on sound logical arguments.
