Responsibilities: - Own &amp; deliver hiring for the assigned roles/regions - Proactively network and source candidates through a combination of channels including, job portals, headhunting, referrals, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), online groups, forums, communities, Print ads etc. - Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage. candidate/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment - Screen, shortlist and coordinate with applicants to take people from application to offer stage - Plan and support initiatives including employee referrals, refining career section on our website etc. - Utilize existing tools to source and discover creative ways to engage candidates - Work closely with interview teams to create an exceptional candidate interview process and experience Required Skill-sets / Education : - Work experience in any consultant firm is a plus - 1 to 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced &amp; high growth environment - Experience in hiring larger volumes across geographies for different departments - Experience closing senior/executive level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages - Good experience in developing, executing and refining a candidate attraction and sourcing strategy focused on diverse candidates. - Proven track record of success hiring diverse candidates at all levels - Good hands-on experience of Naukri, IIM Jobs and LinkedIn - Strong domain knowledge and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships About Ninjacart:&nbsp; Ninjacart is India's Largest Agri marketing platform, solving one of the toughest supply chain problems through technology.
