The Opportunity:

We are on the lookout for a visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to spearhead our product strategy and execution. This role is ideal for someone passionate about harnessing technology to address real-world challenges within the agricultural sector. As CPO, you will play a crucial role in driving our product initiatives, leveraging Ninjacart's technological expertise to deliver impactful solutions to our stakeholders, including farmers, retailers, and consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a cohesive product strategy to advance our mission of transforming the agricultural supply chain.

- Collaborate with the technology team from Ninjacart to ensure seamless tech enablement and integration across our product suite.

- Identify and pursue innovative product opportunities to apply technology within the agriculture supply chain.

- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve timely and budget-aligned delivery of product enhancements and new features.

- Define and track key product performance metrics and KPIs.

- Engage with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to gather actionable insights for product development.

- Cultivate a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer focus within the product team.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 12 years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on supply chain optimization, ideally within the agriculture or a related industry.

- Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex product projects with substantial business impact.

- Comprehensive knowledge of technology application in solving supply chain challenges.

- Exceptional leadership capabilities, able to inspire and guide high-performing product teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for making data-informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
