Co-ordinate from the cross function and inter functions team members for the book closure activities - Co-ordinate and support external auditors and internal audit functions for the data and information - Implementing the internal controls for the reporting function and ensuring the effective functioning of the internal controls - Effective delegation of work and monitoring and guiding the juniors throughout Requirements : - B.COM + CA combination of education and experience - Minimum 4 years of experience into accounting with atleast 1-year experience in Startup or E-commerce companies - Strong knowledge in advanced Microsoft excels a must have - Tally ERP knowledge is must with strong computer and business/banking software - Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
