About the Role :  To provide strategic HR support to the assigned businesses & help in achieving the goals. This work includes, but is not limited to, workforce management, capability building, providing change leadership, talent management / succession planning and supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement. The individual in this role must be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization.  Responsibilities :  - Should help in conceptualizing and implementing organization structuring interventions and role based organizations to streamline career movements.  - Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.  - Should lead the assessments practice, program manage key assessment interventions such as the annual Performance Management Process, Multi-Rating process to create a high performance culture.  - Help in designing and implementing best-in-class assessment and development interventions to nurture top talent.  - Will streamline and supervise HR operations like payroll, leave, attendance, on-boarding, exit management, benefits administration, HR analytics and budgets to deliver best in class employee services.  - Will be the custodian of HR guidelines and policy framework by actively engaging with managers across all levels to create consensus.   - Will analyse trends in employee turnover, employee engagement surveys, pulse sessions and recommend interventions backed by data.  - Should collaborate with all business units to address employee issues proactively.  - Provide inputs in annual reviews and compensation planning.  - Analyse trends in employee turnover, employee engagement surveys, pulse sessions and recommend interventions backed by data  Requirements :   - 4 to 6 years of successful track record in the areas of HR Business Partnering.  - New age HR thinking: Belief & ability in making HR as a strategic function and value driver across the businesses.  - HR & Business Acumen: Strong conceptual understanding & practical implementation skills on people practices like performance management, rewards & recognition, top talent management, attrition etc. Operational understanding on other HR areas like compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, payroll, compliance, legal etc.  - Project Management: Good experience handling various complex projects at different levels & driving results. Strong abilities in prioritization & critical thinking. Skills on any project management tools will be helpful.  - Data Driven: Innate sense towards data & strong grip over HR metrics.
