Candidates should be dynamic result-oriented, cost-conscious and well-conversant with modern seafood production and quality management systems with 15-30 years seafood industry experience in purchase, production, planning and administration.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate direct business operations to ensure the achievement of company revenue goals and documentation of expenses.
- Develop, outline and implement plans and strategies to increase the profitability of company products and services.
- Develop and initiate strategies to maintain employee productivity, evaluate performance and expense reports to senior-level management.
- Schedule and lead staff meetings to discuss updates, issues, feedback and to create solutions to issues that come up within the company's operations.
- Train, guide and mentor employees and evaluate their performance and productivity in completing their job duties.
- Develop and implement business plan for profitability.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
- Determine staffing requirements and ensure that office positions are filled promptly.
- Ensure that employees follow company policies and procedures.
- He should have good leadership skills, ability to take timely efficient and effective decisions, good communication skills, fluency in verbal and written English, Tamil and Hindi.
- Salary will be negotiate depend upon their experience & performance. Age : 40-50 years. Tamilnadu and South Tamilnadu candidates are mostly preferrable
