Niki.ai is an artificially intelligent personal shopping assistant. The founding team is from IIT Kharagpur. It is meant to be an automated messaging platform to simplify ordering experience for consumers.  JD:  Responsibilities:  1) Identifying and taking ownership of important product & company metrics  2) Identifying user pain points and prioritizing area for improvements  3) Understanding Niki user, building user profile  4) Setting up ML system and NLP training processes and managing chat analytics team  5) Setting up systems to proactively identify abnormalities in produce metrics  6) Defining analytics roadmap for Niki and implementing it  Skill Set required:  1) Knowledge and comfort in writing scripts to gather insights from data  2) Experience in working in analytics in a B2C environment  3) Ability to manage a team of chat analysts  4) Experience in taking data driven decisions  5) Atleast 1-3 years of analytics experience
