About Niki.ai :

The company provides a simple and easy to use chat interface in the form of its AI-powered bot, Niki, to shop for numerous products and services like movie and bus ticket booking, hotel and cab booking, utility bill payments, mobile recharges, local deals and laundry service, to name a few. To the businesses, it provides a plug and play technology in the form of Niki SDK that can be easily integrated everywhere including operating systems, on messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger, and on the brand's applications (Android, iOS and Web).

Roles and Responsibilities :

We are seeking a professional and motivated team player to support the business imperatives of the business development team. This team works closely with corporate venturing and product development organizations to identify innovative services, products and business models with the intent to diversify Niki's revenue streams and enhance our user experience and product offerings.

Primary tasks will include :

1. Work with clients to pitch, acquire and utilize the relationship to create newer service offerings for users

2. Help shape the business strategy of new program areas and campaigns and be exposed to a higher level of responsibility than at a typical organization, taking ownership of partnership building and relationship development.

3. Help with outreach and business development duties as assigned, which will includes :

- Researching and identifying potential partnerships

- Reaching out to current partners and developing new opportunities

- Helping to shape the business strategy of new program areas

Additional responsibilities may include :

- Processes reports and paperwork to and from corporate offices.

- Supports in performing various analytical special projects, including working on spreadsheets, presentations and/or database applications to create reports for department or office meetings.

- Collaborates with staff and departments in preparing special projects.

- Special administrative tasks as they arise.

Education/Training/Work Experience:

- Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields. Prior experience in BFSI industry is a value-add.

Qualifications and Desired skills :

- Good organizational and execution skills, focus on detail

- Strong team player who can work independently

- High level of written and oral communication, especially in English.

- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
