niki.ai - Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

- Niki is an artificially intelligent personal shopping assistant (http://niki.ai/app). Our founding team is from IIT Kharagpur, and we are looking for Finance and Accounts Manager:

- The candidate should be a Qualified CA with 5 or more years of total experience as an Accountant with experience in tally book-keeping/accounting, TDS, Service Tax, GST, MIS reporting, Investor Reporting, Budgeting, Working Capital Management with understanding of e-commerce and online business accounting.

 Responsibilities shall include but shall not be limited to the followings:

Account, audits & Compliance:

- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual TDS, GST, PF, ESI, P.Tax Computation and Payments

- Monthly accounting reports

- Cash flow statements

- MIS preparation and reporting to Board of Directors/ Investors

- Enabling Internal and Statutory Audits

- Admin & Stakeholder management:

- Tally accounting and book keeping

- Payment Gateway accounting and reconciliation

- Reconciliation of transactions data as per Company dashboard with the vendor/merchant dashboard

- Coordination with the Banks

- Coordination with vendors/customers/merchants/payment gateways and other stakeholder

- Coordination with the CA and Auditors

- Payment processing

- Coordination for foreign payments

- Maintaining hard copy/soft copy supporting documents trail

- Maintaining petty cash and cash book

- Other expense management

- Working Capital and Funds Mangement

- Invoice management

- Debtors and Creditors reconciliation

Payroll:

- Monthly salary processing

- Monthly payslip generation

- Salary structuring
