About Niki.ai:

The company provides a simple and easy to use chat interface in the form of its AI-powered bot, Niki, to shop for numerous products and services like movie and bus ticket booking, hotel and cab booking, utility bill payments, mobile recharges, local deals and laundry service, to name a few. To the businesses, it provides a plug and play technology in the form of Niki SDK that can be easily integrated everywhere including operating systems, on messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger, and on the brand's applications (Android, iOS and Web).

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Part of the Product Distribution function entailing success of Niki's SDK strategy

- Define short term and long term roadmap for Client integrations

- Coordinate and execute the Client Projects and integrations with complete ownership over the projects.

- Conceptualize and prioritize features based on need analysis, business value, timelines and company strategy

- Drive project execution with dedicated design and engineering teams

- Work closely with Tech, Product and Business teams on formulating and implementing the projects

- Create, own and drive all product & project health metrics

We are looking for someone who has:

- 1 - 2 years of Product and Tech experience aggregated.

- Good problem solving skills

- Experience defining projects, driving requirements, writing detailed functional specifications, and coordinating agile execution

- Clear communication skills, including concise verbal and written executive communication

- A software background with sound technical skills
