1.Should be capable of handling entire trial balance

2. Should be well versed with finalization of Profit & Loss & Balance Sheet with schedules as per statute

3. Ensuring proper book-keeping by coordinating with the team

4. Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Good knowledge on Income tax, GST and other relevant laws

5. Work closely with Head of finance for preparation of various management reports to drive business

6. Experience in doing bank, vendor and customer reconciliations

7. Understand Planning, budgeting and controls

8. Coordinate for Statutory and Internal Audit

9. Provide support on various business analysis processes, including planning, verifying potential cost savings, identifying cost drivers.

10. Conversant with accounting applications like Tally etc.
