These are the kind of people who can build complete applications and who are steeped in the real product engineering discipline. StackRoute enables people to become top-quality programmers by providing intensive boot camps based on 5 key principles of-

1. Immersive Product Engineering: the environment in StackRoute is that of a product engineering company with rigorous engineering discipline and Agile development. We operate as an incubator developing a set of products, led by a CTO. Students are steeped in this environment in intensive boot camps. When they graduate, engineering discipline is second nature for them.

2. Less Theory, More Practice: Our pedagogic model reserves over 70% of time within any course to designing, writing, and reviewing code. Classroom style instruction occupies less than 20% of the course. We firmly believe in teaching students to teach themselves, thereby building a stronger grasp of fundamentals and improving their communication abilities.

3. Learn from Industry Experts: StackRoute courses are designed and run by industry experts, Gurus who have built and taken live ultra-large-scale systems. Each program is run by a CTO and a set of product leads who work closely with teams of students to build and release products. They provide product vision and strategy, architecture and design inputs, the tips and tricks that result in efficiency and work hands-on on development.

4. Build and Release a Real Product: Every graduate of StackRoute builds at least one real product. Some of these are Open Source contributions and others are sponsored by the industry. Current products include a visual BI modeling tool binding the MEAN stack to Mondrian, real-time log aggregators using Node, a port of Wordpress on the MEAN stack and multi-player quiz applications. Our students demonstrate their competency by showcasing their product live.

5. Completeness and Practical Engineering: At StackRoute we teach cutting edge technologies and programming languages. However, we have an insane focus on quality engineering, DevOps and testing - without these capabilities our students cannot be top quality programmers. We are equally insistent on developing critical thinking skills, making people experience real-world reviews and developing their problem solving skills.

General overview of the role:

You will be responsible for ensuring the relationship with the entire set of named customers is measured, managed and developed positively over time.

Job responsibilities and duties:

- Be able to deeply assess and understand customer needs and create customized solutions through an effectively articulated value proposition statement enabling customer's business improvement.

- Head the business from the entire set of defined customer accounts across India.

- Customer Strategy and Account Planning

- Customer Commercial Management

- Customer Assessment and Feedback Management

- Customer Relationship Management

- Customer Marketing and Sales Support

- People and Partner Management

Experience:

- Should have experience in generating an average of 8-10 crores INR revenues from each strategic account.

- 10+ years of successful sales experience and a proven track record of driving business for consulting /Advisory/ Value selling solutions.

- Proven new business development skills within an industry

- Proven experience in managing and negotiating large, complex business development initiatives from start to finish

- Ability to determine strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible value to the marketplace

- Experience in developing profiles of targeted accounts within the industry sector

- Driving the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns

- Effective communication & interpersonal skills, including team management skills

- Experience in managing a team of managers ( regional) across India/ domestic markets

- Ability to track and understand competitive activity relevant to industry sector

- Ability to self manage and prioritize workload

- Customer Satisfaction measurement and management

- Strong executive selling skills as well as demonstrated success in stabilizing and developing client relationships

- Should be able to handle complex matrix reporting org

- Deal with ambiguity
