Key Responsibilities - - Motivate and lead project team including setting &amp; reviewing goals/KPAs/ targets - Support Sales team for solutioning, proposals - Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling options - Respond to an ARF within the defined TAT - Ensure that the training is executed flawlessly. This will involve booking the trainer, venue, travel and hotel - Manage project budgets including billing - Define and communicate Project standards/metrics to the entire project team - Allocation and review/monitor tasks for the team - Identify key risks and create &amp; implement mitigation plans for the project - Communicate regularly with client for project deliverables - Maintaining calendar of own trainers and ensuring their utilization - Preparing for SMRs and QBRs - Tracking and responding to UBR reports - Excellent project and people management and communication skills, well rounded, well versed with global business practices.
