Key Responsibilities (Functional)

- Set up Ecommerce and own the website and revenue goals thereof. Lead web innovation, goal conversions and e-commerce conversions with P&L reponsibility. 

- Keep a pulse on the market to input into product teams for new areas of products. Support center business as website owner through leads organically.

- Passion for Digital! Hungry for experimenting with new ideas based on consumer segments and insights. Self-motivated, team leader, ability to work in shared goal environments. 

- Strong performance orientation to deliver numbers.

Technical Skills

- Preferred Knowledge of Social Media and Google Bidding Platforms, Attribution Softwares, Funnel Management and CC operations

Soft Skills

- Mandatory Presentation writing and communication skills (written and verbal), team management
