Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the national sales leadership in improving effectiveness of our sales team by being the owner for implementing sales capability initiative
- Collaborate with business leaders to deliver insights derived from data, highlight emerging trends/customer needs, and work through implications for business strategy.
- Identification of Geography, Channel, Brand, Pack opportunities basis Nielsen available data and provide insights on disruptive gain opportunities.
- Identified & done end to end integration with DMS vendor for capturing real time sales from field.
- Identifying new tech solutions & re-organize current tech solutions by identifying the gaps along Vendor Management.
- Lead or participate with cross functional leadership team address business or systems issues.
- Implementation of Power BI in organization for more insights to business.
- Own & drive the agenda for SFA Usage, Issue resolution, DMS discipline with retail distribution wholesalers - Ways of Working, Compliance.
