Main Objective of the Role - Generate B2B sales leads pan India, Product &amp; Pricing Management. - Business Development, Corporate Sales, Institutional Sales, Key Account Management, Proposals, Vendor Management. Roles &amp; Responsibilities - Responsible for Planning, Generating, Monitoring and Controlling the sales activities through all channel. - Identifies, qualifies and close new customer sales opportunities to generate sales revenues that meet or exceed assigned goals through one's own initiative. - Develops and implements action plans to increase customer base, volume and market presence. Control product pricing. - Responsible for B2B Sales. Includes Camps, Infusions, Equipments, and Wound Care Management etc. - Develop pricing models and ensure a consistent approach across Healthcare JOB DESCRIIPTIION Business - Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, as well as coordinate with appropriate internal and external groups to generate and close business opportunities. - Deliver quarterly product monitoring analyses to identify any profitability issues and / or business opportunities, and assist Regional Operations in developing subsequent action plans. - Manage total pricing procedure, enhance processes to make the most of efficiencies and ensure timely response to market conditions. - Establish criteria to achieve the best customer pricing. Evaluate new products and price them accordingly. Analyze financial impact of price in view of overall history as well as profitability of customer. - Knowledge and Specific Skills - Knowledge on Commercials, Product Pricing strategy and price analytics. - Clear thinker, remain decisive, good at negotiation and problem solving. - Must have excellent human relations management and communications skills. - Must be accountable, adaptable, flexible, creative, dependable, responsible and able to perform well within multifunctional environments and be customer-focused. - Flexible to travel.
