NIFientreC - Manager - Incubation Operations

NIF Incubation and Entrepreneurship Council (NIFientreC), a Technology Business Incubator hosted by the National Innovation Foundation - India (NIF), incubates technological innovations of grassroots innovators and students from across India. NIFientreC invites applications from highly motivated professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Drive our core purpose of supporting grassroots innovations to create social impact and successful business model

- Manage the entire lifecycle of incubation program - selection & induction of incubatees, tracking the progress of incubatees, and tracking KPIs of the incubator

- Assist incubatees in product design, prototyping, product improvement, and documentation

- Fast track the scaling up of the incubatees

- Provide active support in daily operations of incubator

Qualifications :

- Bachelors in Technology / Engineering / Agriculture / Veterinary and Masters in related field / MBA from premier institutions

- Minimum three years of overall work experience in product development / research / incubation

- Prior experience of working in the manufacturing sector or supporting grassroots innovations, preferred

- Knowledge of startup lifecycle and startup ecosystem

- Strong Analytical thinking and verbal & written Communication skills
