NICMAR - Manager - Finance & Accounts

JOB PURPOSE:

- Manager Accounts & Finance will report to the Director - Finance at NICMAR Trust Office and collaborate effectively with a diverse internal team of Universities, Auditors, across Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai & any other locations

- The role entails traveling to various locations of the Trust

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Checking overall Accounts Processes & Adherence. Processing the Documents & Approvals pertaining to Budgeted & Non-Budgeted Capex & OPEX

- Monitoring MIS and details are received from all the segments & Units of the Trust

- Checking the Consolidation and assisting in Accounts Finalization

- Assist in handling files, Checking proposals. Ensuring Budgeted expenses do not exceed on a monthly basis and raising alarms for any such deviations

Other Delegations:

- Accept any other finance and accounts related delegations and responsibilities as entrusted by Director-Finance

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP:

Internal:

- Working alongside Director-Finance & other Finance heads of university, units

External:

- Relevant authorities and bodies to support the finance function.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:

- CA with 3+ years of exp / CA Finalist with 5 + years Experience / Inter CA with 10 + Years Experience in Public Charitable Trust Accounts and / or Audit is advisable

- Alternatively, having worked in Accounts & Audit in public sector organizations / Schools / Universities / CA Firms in Audit Domain. Auditing Experience of at least 2 years is a must. (Even in Internal Audit Department of an organization)
