As Vice President of Sales at Nibav Lifts and Elite elevators, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities and driving revenue growth. Your role will involve:

Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives

- Leading and managing the sales team to drive performance and exceed targets

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners

- Identifying new business opportunities and markets for expansion

- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives

- Developing pricing strategies and negotiating contracts with clients

- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends

- Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Qualifications and requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field (master's degree preferred)

- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities

- Knowledge of the elevator industry or related industries is a plus

- Willingness to travel as needed
