International Legal Counsel

Job Description:

- Legal methods and sections involved in the procedure:

- Coordinate with Indian and international law firms and lawyers regarding Legal Issues.

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating International commercial contracts for various business units and corporate functions

- Knowledge of incorporation of companies for international and corporate-related matters.

- Supporting key business initiatives like JVs and overseas businesses.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Undertake in-depth legal research into a variety of complex regulations and help implement processes and policies.

- Getting in touch with International Legal Consultants for hearings from the court and any further legal needs.

- Send legal emails and notices to online websites and companies for violating Company Trademarks.

Requirements and Skills:

- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) and additional international language will be an added advantage.

- Ready to work at Flexible Shift.

- Ready to travel (Domestic and International).

- Knowledge of Incorporation of companies in the International Level.

- Sound Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and other technological tools.

- Relevant Experience - 3 to 8 years.
