Designation: HR Operations Head
Location: Palavakkam, Chennai
Job Description:
- Own and execute key HR functions such as strategic planning and organization design, compensation, performance acceleration, employee relations, and talent strategies across teams.
- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.\
- Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Managing employee benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement plans, and other perks
- Overseeing payroll activities and ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Managing HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ensuring that HR processes are streamlined and effective.
- Analysis, interpretation and communication of employee engagement survey outcomes and contribution to the creation of related action plans.
- Collaborates to develop robust talent management plans to attract, retain, develop and engage talent in critical roles and ensure strong succession plans.
Requirement and Skills:
- 12+ years hands-on experience working across HR functions
- Bachelors / MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- Versed with HR best practices as well as employment laws in India markets
- Managed employee size of 2000-3000
- Experience with managing complex HR programs, including policy design and development including experience leading change at scale.
- Ability to be flexible and forward-thinking within a changing organization. Must possess strong organizational change abilities
- Should be a person who is always open to learn, get out of his/her comfort zone.
