Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Develop and execute digital advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.

2) Monitor advertising campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies and budgets to optimize results.

3) Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation across channels, campaigns, and initiatives.

4) Monitor expenses, track ROI, and provide regular budgetary updates to the management team.

5) Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives.

6) Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to integrate digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing

7) Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, content marketing, display advertising, and mobile marketing.

8) Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights to optimize campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI).

9) Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

10) xConduct regular website audits, analyze user behavior's, and recommend improvements to increase website traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Skills:

- 12-15 years of related work experience

- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership role.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and technologies.

- In-depth knowledge of SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.

- Proficient in using digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
