Roles & Responsibilities :
- Performs outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, sales qualifications, sales progression and closing offer extensions to existing or and new customers.
- Accurately forecast and track all sales activities.
- Meets or exceeds quota goals in an assigned territory. Ensures sales targets/objectives are achieved quarterly and annually.
- Meets or exceeds activity metrics for (e.g. Outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities creation etc.) And prospecting time.
- Identification and Mapping of new Business Opportunities.
- Account mining, mapping and generating leads for Sales Team.
- Maintains contact with customers in an assigned territory to ensure customer satisfaction, basic and complex issue resolution, and NGenious footprint expansion.
- Maintains in depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition in order to position NGENIOUS Services & Solutions effectively with customers.
- Sells using a strong consultative selling approach with customers and partners.
Qualification & Eligibility :
- MBA/Bachelors or Associate degree in IT discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in sales/Business development.
- Experience in selling any IT Solutions and Technological applications would be an added advantage.
- Should have worked in the India and/or US and/or Europe markets and/or Middle East and should have sold independent Application, Microsoft SharePoint solutions, NET Solutions, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, BI services to the client.(Candidate with other Technologies experience can also apply )
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of customer
- Team player with willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
- Technical skill sets: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point
