HR Business Partner

Overview:

As an HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to our organization's leadership team, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters. You will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive work culture, and driving employee engagement and development.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.

- Analyze & Report on HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related issues.

- Implement programs to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.

- Enabling recruitment by engaging with Rceruiting team and facilitate onboarding.

- Develop and implement employee development and training programs to support career growth.

- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.

- Work with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.

- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal requirements and best practices.

Keep abreast of HR trends and legislation, making recommendations for updates as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or Masters degree in HR, Master's degree preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic HR business partnering.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations issues.

- High Bias for action and drive to make a mark
