Job Position: Human Resources (HR)

Job Description: This role entails managing a diverse range of HR and administrative responsibilities for the mall, while also grasping the formulation of HR strategies at the Head Office. The primary focus includes maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, cultivating relationships, people management, verbal and written communication, analytical prowess, and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

1. Comprehend the organization's HR practices, policies, and statutory regulations.

2. Oversee Payroll Management.

3. Contribute to Employee Motivation, Engagement, and Recognition & Rewards programs.

4. Participate in addressing Employee Grievances and resolution requirements.

5. Supervise Training and Development initiatives.

6. Understand and actively participate in the end-to-end Recruitment process.

7. Contribute to Nexus Initiatives such as Health & Wellness Matrix, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Practices, Uniform policies, Nexus Heroes, and other related programs.
