Purpose of the role is to take charge and overall responsibility of the HR department for the Centre & partner with business and deliver HR solutions. The role is also responsible for alignment of People & Organization objectives.
Minimum Qualification:
Full-time MBA (HR) from a reputed college
Key Responsibilities:
- Co create HR Plans & policies with Corporate & Business
- Management of budgets and effective deployment of HR policies at the centre
- Management of HR technology platforms
- First level culture management -Cascading of organizational objectives & values
- Management of new projects and alignment of teams
- Provide talent inputs to the management - Map internal and external talent
- Manage employee aspirations and progression
- Manage the Performance Management System
- Responsible for Training & Development needs of the centre
- Manage employee engagement of on-roll & off roll staff
- Responsible for effective deployment of HR operations & HR compliances
- Responsible for effective redressal of employee complaints and grievances
- Accountable for maintaining accurate data, monitoring milestones, and presenting data and initiatives on a periodical basis.
- Monitor the happyness (happiness) Index of the mall.
