Key Objectives :

- Create visibility for NextGen in India and US markets as the go to platform for development capital

- Generation of Raw Leads for the Sales Team

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Develop Strategy, Roadmap and Metrics :

- Work with Management to develop marketing strategy and roadmap

- Establish Metrics of Performance of Marketing & PR Initiatives

- Monitor the Metrics and Improvise on the Strategy Accordingly

Presence :

- Presence at all relevant Conferences/ Workshops/ Events relating to Domain & Technology

- Conducts Events with Partners/Clients/Potentials - Establish the Leadership Position

- Publicize through Print Media (Not Ads but articles, establish relationship with Journalists), Magazines which reach CSR Heads, Board Rooms and NGOs

- Strong Presence in Digital World through Blogs, Guides, Social Media (Gives Facts, Share Knowledge, Free Tips etc.), AdWords, Bulletin etc.

- Give Opportunities to Existing Clients/ Potentials on Forums

- Utilize NextGen Website effectively for reachout and engagement

- Surveys and research with Partners

- Develop innovative ways to reach out to the NGOs

- Create Big Bang entry in the US market

Sales :

- Generate more Suspects (create avenues to do this), convert them to Raw Leads and Hand it over to Sales Team

- Work closely with sales team to identify target segments and create specific and targeted visibility for them

Collateral and Content :

- Innovative Brochures, Leaflets, Videos, Case Studies, Standees etc.- responsible for all collateral-digital and physical

- Work with domain team to create strong content and publish across digital and print media

Organization Building :

- Build and train the team based on roadmap

- Budget Forecasting and Control (Team, Costs of Marketing & PR)

- Business Continuity Management

- Brand Guidelines

Any other as may be decided from time to time based on business requirements

- Has had a leadership position in some form across his/her career and delivered

- Innovative and persistent with excellent communication skills
