Position : Finance Controller / Dy. Finance Controller / AGM (F&A and Taxation)  Qualification: Chartered Accountant  Experience : 8 to 10 years out of which atleast 2 years should be in leadership position in F&A. Preferable is to be head of a small or medium sized company  Role : To head the accounts, budgeting, taxation, compliance and banking functions of a startup company  Expectation : Capable of setting up the processes, streamlining the functions, independently handle the responsibilities and be a hands on person.   Job Description :  - Setting up the budgeting, accounting, reporting and compliance functions  - Annual, quarterly and monthly budgets and projections.  - Analysis of budget, calculating movements, variances and reasons thereof.  - Work with the commercial team to properly capture the revenue and ensure no revenue leakage  - Quarterly and annual accounts as per Ind AS and consolidation as may be required  - Responsible to get timely finalization of accounts and completion of statutory audit  - Setting up the internal control and processes  - Preparing monthly MIS for management and month end reporting of revenue, cost, profitability, receivables, average collection period, payables and inventory  - Ensure all tax compliance - both direct and indirect. Monthly, quarterly and annual returns. Assessment and appeals  - Working with CEO to help him take decisions on financial matters  - Help CEO in cost control and cost optimization  - Participate in Due diligence and report finalization for raising investments  - Banking - day to day banking, treasury function, fund allocation, loan application and processing, submitting all monthly and annual information to banks as required  - Understanding of import and export and related compliances  - Understanding of FEMA and related compliances  - Working with Company Secretary to ensure all compliances  Reporting :  To Group CFO and to CEO of the company
