KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Understand the organizations business goals and strategy, and provide assessment, analysis and insights to help develop the Talent & OD strategy. - Develop individualized career growth plans with structured inputs as assessment and development for next level. - Identify HiPo employees as key & critical & customize retention plans - Design, roll-out, update and continuously review the internal Performance Management System / Performance check-ins - Ensure the check-ins are conducted regularly and effectively - Implement Employee Engagement surveys & other such surveys to obtain feedback & develop actionable plans - Conduct Workshops & training based on the inputs from the Engagement Survey - Build Competency Development & frameworks for roles / levels - Develop and implement Assessment Centers - Select, manage and evaluate external partners to deliver high quality and cost-effective training programs. - Participate in and provide support for special HR/Talent & OD projects, as needed, following direction from the project leader or Manager, Training and Development. This may include contributions to the development of core offerings, training needs assessment, partnering with content design team to customize content, running focus groups etc. - Plan / Design and Deliver Engaging Soft Skills learning content for both in person and virtual training programs - Support great learning impact by analyzing post-program feedback/ data and adjust programs as appropriate. - Partner with global OD team to deliver a robust learning plan for India Business Employees. - Identify and work with astute L&D external professionals for specific L&D interventions COMPETENCIES/SKILLS: - Adept at stakeholder relationship management and program design - Exceptional communication skills combined with demonstrated creative thinking capabilities are critical for this role - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment - Viewed as a resource for advice and guidance by peers and senior leaders. - Ability to cope with pressure maintaining a high standard of deliverables. - An orientation towards bringing solutions to the table - Ability to work in a completely confidential environment - Ability to work in a fast moving and changing environment - Ability to effectively communicate in various media to a wide variety of audiences - Able to build relationships, develop credibility with internal clients and mentor HR colleagues - Strong ability to multi-task and respond effectively to changing priorities and demands QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: - Overall 10+ years work experience and academic background of HR with a particular focus on OD - Experience in OD function preferably in product environment, with proven track record of independently handling L&D function - Solid track record/experience in global MNCs functioning in the Indian context - MS Office expertise
