Job Summary :

We're looking for an extremely talented "Regional Sales Manager - University / College Program" who is extremely customer-centric and is excited by the challenges of a new emerging business environment. You will be responsible for communicating with Colleges, Universities, and Educational Institutions and promote nexMark educational products and services. You must be a trendsetter and have an extensive reach in Universities, Colleges, and reputed Educational Institutions.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Working with the colleges and universities and getting them onboard.

- Should have very strong relations with Colleges/Universities

- Enable business growth by developing & managing a network of University partners

- Promote nexMark learning programs

- Liaising with TPO, Department heads, and directors

- Organizing webinars, seminars, and workshop, etc. in partner College/Universities

- Open to travel extensively across states/cities to increase nexMark reach

- Manage the partnership process including, initiation, on-boarding, and ongoing support

- Manage BTL promotions and activities for lead generation and branding

- Work closely with internal teams to promote College tie-ups digitally

- Should be good in giving presentations about our product

- Should be responsible for creating brand awareness amongst the students of on-boarded College/Universities.

- The role will involve onboarding university partners, sourcing relevant students & managing the entire sales life cycle including branding, lead generation, and revenue generation

- Building and Managing a team of Counsellors for our inbound and outbound process

- Managing Monthly incentive and RnR schemes

What do you need to apply for this role?

- Excellent Marketing, Convincing and Presentation Skills

- Ability to communicate with TPO, Department heads, and directors (if required)

- Exceptional communicator and influencer

- Self-learners with high grasping ability so that you can learn about the product within 2 days

- A driving passion for sales that will help you collaborate with us to achieve this nation-transforming ambition

- You've worked with targets and timelines in the past - with incentives

Required Experience and Qualifications :

- Graduate / MBA, with experience of Marketing/Sales in Education industry will be preferred

- Team Management is must, preferably in enrollment process

- Experience of building amazing teams

- Ability to market and open new client base

- Strong Stakeholder management skills to be able to navigate multi party projects in the college market

- Track record of achieving at least 80% of the sales-targets in the last 1 year
