JOB RESPONSIBILITY - The candidate will be required to have working knowledge of Private Equity. - Preparation of Financial Models &amp; Due diligence. - Preparation of Valuations for Private Equity. - Dealing with Fund Managers. - Traveling for business purpose is envisaged at short notice within &amp; outside India. QUALIFICATION: MBA Finance / CA/CS/LLB essentially with related experience. EXPERIENCE: - Sr. Analyst : 2-3 years of relevant working experience - Associate / Sr. Associate: 4-6 years of Deal Origination or Deal Execution experience.
