JOB DESCRIPTION Merger &amp; Acquisitions- Preparation of Projection, DCF, Valuations, Pitch Books, Teaser, Information Memorandum, PPT &amp; Dealing with Fund Managers, Basic and Advanced Financial Models &amp; Analysis Fundamentals and Financial statements. JOB RESPONSIBILITY - Role requires working knowledge of Merger &amp; Acquisitions Joint Venture and Private Equity. - Understanding clients from various sectors. - Researching on potential partners. - Preparation of Business Plan including Financial Models &amp; Due Diligence. - Finalizing a Valuation Report for MAJV and Private Equity - Dealing With fund Managers. - Structuring the Deal. - Ensuring the business position is appropriately documented. - Analyzing specific company Financial Information and Fundamentals. - Preparation of Valuation, Projections/Business Plan &amp; Information Memorandum for M&amp;A. - Traveling for business purpose is envisaged at short notice within &amp; outside India. QUALIFICATION: MBA Finance / CA/CS/LLB essentially with experience. DESIRABLE SKILLS &amp; COMPETENCIES - Should have excellent command over English language. - Very Good command on Research, Word, Excel &amp; Presentation capabilities. - Strong Communication skill. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
