PRESALES / BUSINESS MANAGER-
At NewWave - the Presales Specialist / Business Manager role for the Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Division - is measured across 4 Perspectives
1. From A Technical Perspective :
- Should be competent on Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solutioning skills
- Constantly upgrade your skills across HCI technology
2. From A Customer Perspective
- Conduct Technology Advisory Workshops for Customers
- Help Customers Build Business Case for the respective Solution area as needed
- Understand Customer requirements & prepare a comprehensive solution proposal for the case
3. From an Internal - Teaming Perspective
- Part of your responsibilities include conducting a weekly (in-house) solution-enablement session
- And to provide Pre-Sales support on the ground @ the customer location along with the account sale reps.
4. From a Vendor Perspective
- Work extremely close with the respective SE's (System Engineers) on our cases
- Develop an excellent working relationship with the Pre-Sales Team at Nutanix & DellEMC - this would be a true test of your inter personal relationship building skills
