About Job :

At Newton School, we are looking to hire passionate Growth Manager to help drive analysis behind decisions related to operations, processes, and optimizations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Process, Growth and Strategy team by analyzing student-related data to provide insights/recommendations.

Responsibilities :

- You need to be a big-picture problem solver and a strategic partner.

- You also need to demonstrate analytical thinking through data-driven decisions and possess the technical know-how, fascination, and team-spirit to make a huge impact.

- Team member is expected to clean, analyse & visualize student data

- Work with large, complex data sets to solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems

- Build data pipelines and dashboards to self-serve data needs

- Support senior leadership on business decisions through insights derived from data.

Requirements :

- 2 years of experience as a Growth Manager is a must.

- Prior experience into Analytics will be strongly preferred.

- High proficiency in growth strategies and good business acumen.

- Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, VBA, Tableau is preferred.

- Good problem solving & insight generation skills

- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Bachelor's/PG degree from a Tier 1 college is preferred.
