Newton School aims to bridge this massive gap through it's personalised learning platform. We are building an online university and solving the deep problem of employability of graduates.

Responsibilities:

1. You need to be a big-picture problem solver and a strategic partner.

2. You also need to demonstrate analytical thinking through data-driven decisions and possess the technical know-how, fascination, and team-spirit to make a huge impact.

3. Team member is expected to clean, analyse & visualize student data

4. Work with large, complex data sets to solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems

5. Build data pipelines and dashboards to self-serve data needs

6. Support senior leadership on business decisions through insights derived from data

Requirements:

1. 1-2 Years of relevant experience in business analytics role

2. High proficiency in advanced Excel & SQL

3. Proficiency in Python, PowerBI, VBA, Tableau is preferred.

4. Good problem solving & insight generation skills

5. Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

6. Bachelor's degree is compulsory
