JD: Manager - Sales and Marketing

We are looking for a Manager - Sales and Marketing for our India center who is expected to possess the following skills:-

- Consulting Skills: Required in the area of defining mobile strategy, ROI/TCO analysis, governance, product/platform evaluation, conduct facilitation sessions/workshops

- Consultative Selling : Positioning appropriate mobility enablement solutions to customers by analyzing existing needs and pain areas

- Business Analysis : Requirements elicitation for mobility enablement projects and ensure client requirements are met during development and implementation

- Solutions Management : Conceptualize, design and market relevant solutions in the area of mobility which can be readily taken to market

- Presales and Business development support : Actively take part in client visits, demonstrating existing solutions, articulate practice service offerings to internal and external customers, preparation of marketing collaterals

- Thought Leadership : Strong awareness of latest trends in mobile space and ability to articulate point of view in blogs, whitepapers, seminars, internal and external forums.

- Experience in handling marketing activities for products / services with domestic and international focus.

- Strategize and execute all facets of brand management, providing brand and communication solutions for the company, media planning, public relations, Internet, formalize go to market strategies, market research and marketing strategies.

Eligibility

We are looking at a profile similar to what is mentioned below:

a) An MBA from a top B-school (Preferable)

b) 4 years of post qualification experience in consulting organization or consulting focused IT organization. 2010 or 2011 MBA graduates are only eligible to apply.

c) Experience in Consulting and Business Analysis

d) Experience in Presales, Bid Management and Account Management

e) Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude

f) Is passionate and enthusiastic about emerging technologies like mobility, cloud, big-data
