Job description:


Roles and Responsibilities:


- Accomplishes sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training and coaching employees.


- Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing sales information.


- Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.


- Assigning leads to the sales executive.


- Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.


- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on sales opportunities.


- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.


- Provides information by collecting, analysing and summarizing Sales data.


Desired Candidate Profile:


- Bachelors or Master's degree in Sales, business administration or equivalent education.


- Proven experience as a senior sales or sales manager.


- Knowledge in sales and negotiating techniques.


- Strong business development and networking skills.


- Skilled in ERP and other business support systems.


- Ability to work under pressure.


- Excellent skills in building and maintaining strong customer and partner relationships.


- Plot Selling experience.


- Preferred Male Candidates only.
