JOB DESCRIPTION : - Prepare job specifications and descriptions for the vacancy deciding upon the source to use for filling up the vacancy - Sourcing and recruiting candidates - Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule - Interacting with consultants - Shortlisting Curriculum Vitae - Screening candidates - Using Psychometric tests, preparing and validating technical and other tests for recruitment purpose - Managing Job portals, vendors, employee referrals, third party hiring etc - Keeping abreast with the latest recruitment techniques, finding out latest avenues for recruitment - Maintaining Database of prospective and rejected candidates - Joining formalities of new joinees - Orientation of new joinee, informing all stakeholders about the new joinee - Vendor appraisal and relationship management with the recruitment agencies. Maintaining, updating and analysing HR Recruitment Plan QUALIFICATION &amp; EXPERIENCE : - Graduation and MBA - 2-7 years of experience in managing technical /non sales recruitment majorly - Familiarity with recruitment process - Experience in sourcing from Job Portals, cold calling &amp; head hunting etc. - Go-getter attitude and result oriented approach WORK LOCATION : Mumbai Salary Offered : Average 7 LPA
